Hi All! Please RSVP for 4th of July Setup. The majority who were on for the past couple of meetings are off on Friday so we agreed to go with a morning setup instead of the evening so people can still enjoy and/or relax Friday Night (or even go to 1st Friday in town). We can pickup the Ice Cream from Longacre's at 10am when they open on Friday, possibly even a little earlier but I will confirm that this week. To do on Friday: -Pickup Ice Cream & Scoop -Mark out Vendor Spaces (I have marker flags) -Setup Parking Area & Fireworks Safety Zone -Hang signs as needed -Determine final setup locations for everything |
