Whether you plan to eat or not, please respond by Sunday Evening 2/2/25 so I can give them the number for the setup. If you are unable to attend, please follow the registration link and select to decline the invitation, this helps us to know whether or not you saw the invitation. Being that this was the potential snow date for the contest, we have not planned any agenda for the meeting yet other than elections. We will use some the meeting to focus on committee needs such as the 4th of July and anything else that may be coming up for any of the committees. The prior day, Leanne and I will be attending the 2nd meeting for the 250th Celebration and we may have some updates to share from that. Cathy and I will discuss if there is something else we would like to work on. This meeting will once again be held at Tosco's Pub in Pennsburg on the 2nd floor. The cost again will be whatever you order (if you choose to) + gratuity. Please come with an idea of what you would like to order so we can order asap. They were a little shorthanded the last meeting so it should go quicker this time.
